Solution:
A national awareness campaign on the importance of early detection, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, NGOs, and private clinics.
An integrated campaign of radio and print advertising, roadshows, free mammogram coupons, aggressive media coverage, press conference, regular round tables with oncology consultants, and hotline support for Q & A.
